They have held onto my money for more than 8months. Initially I understood because I understand KYC procedures. However after giving them all the requested documentations and proofs they requested for almost immediately when they were requested, they are still holding onto the money for this long. Which KYC procedure takes longer than that if you are a well established financial institution trying to be customer oriented and give the best services? This prospective customer I will inform you is not the experience you would want to have. Consider joining other mobile bankers than Excelon.

I have a feeling they have invested my money and making returns on it. This is the worst and frustrating customer experience and I will will advise no one joins excelon. They have a shady operations because if you inquire about processes with their customer care they do not respond even after reading it. This makes their operations suspicious and ultimately customer unfriendly.
